When using this website, you must not:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Australian or New Zealand law or regulation;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;

PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We aim to display product information, including descriptions, images and pricing, as accurately as possible. However:
- colours and images may vary slightly depending on your device's display;
- the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, availability, or descriptions; and
-
we reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel or amend an affected order, even after it has been accepted. If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund for any amount already paid
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST where applicable.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the relevant product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Card and payment details are encrypted during transmission and are processed by our payment gateway provider — we do not store full card numbers.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For details on how to arrange a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please see our separate Store Policy page, or contact us using the details below.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to what is stated above:
- we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law
- we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- all products are provided "as is" and "as available", except as otherwise guaranteed by the ACL;
- we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied, other than those which cannot lawfully be excluded;
- where the ACL permits it (including because the goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use), our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the goods, the resupply of the service, or the cost of doing so; and
OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites over which we have no control. Your use of any such tools or websites is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.
USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for purposes connected with our business. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third party's rights. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor or remove submitted content at our discretion.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us, our related bodies corporate, directors, employees, and agents against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our negligence or a failure of the goods to meet a consumer guarantee.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including your rights under the ACL.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page, with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Any material change will not apply retrospectively to an order you have already placed.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts. If you are accessing this website or placing an order from New Zealand, these Terms still apply to your purchase, and New South Wales law and jurisdiction apply.
